We would like to express our deep appreciation for your kind
and caring approach in helping us attend our dear girl, Jane Eyres, in the
time after her death. She lived life with such amazing gusto despite many
significant health issues including a prosthetic eye. She taught us how
smart and complex rabbits can be and left us with so many good memories but
also a huge emptiness in our hearts. Thank you especially To Lisa and Jim
for your empathy, understanding and patience.

Dear PALS,
This card is late, but I wanted to thank you for your caring, respectful and
high quality help with my cat, Gabby's, final arrangements. Losing her after
17 years was so painful but your company made it more bareable! When the
gentleman who picked Gabby up for me saw how torn up I was about losing herm
he put a rush on her services and brought her ashes back to me the very next
day! That meant so much to me! I called quite a few cremation services that
day, but none compared to PALS! All of you were so kind, helpful and
respectful! I have a new kitten now while I hope I won't need your services
for a very long time, it's comforting to know that I can count on PALS! I
will recommend you highly to anyone needing your services! Thanks!
