PALS understands that a dignified and compassionate farewell can contribute to the easing of emotional trauma for a pet owner. Our mission is to provide compassionate, honest and professional after-death pet care for veterinarians and their clients.

Family owned and operated for 25 years: In 1987, under the guidance of Katherine Heuerman, President and CEO of PALS, this professional service was created to assist pet owners make final arrangements for the care and memorialization of their deceased companion animals.
Centrally Located: in the heart of metropolitan Phoenix, guaranteeing prompt and efficient service to the Valley and additional areas in Arizona.
Open Door Facility: No appointment necessary. Veterinary staff and clients are welcome to visit and tour the facility during regular business hours (M-F 8am-4:30pm & Saturdays 8am-4pm)
Honesty & Integrity: The quality of our service is paramount. There’s a reason why we are recommended by human crematories, business owners, local residents and national organizations.
PALS Checkpoint System: This unique system documents all cremations, and guarantees, without a doubt, the return of your Individual Cremation.
Dependable Staff: Each member of our staff is a pet owner and lover. We are committed to the respectful and careful handling of all pets.
Environmentally Friendly: PALS utilizes the latest technology to reduce pollution. This includes non-chlorinated pet storage bags and sensitive disposal methods.
Hospice of the Valley: PALS supports Hospice of the Valley, a non-profit organization with volunteers and a monthly support group meeting for pet loss.
