PALS understands that a dignified and compassionate farewell can contribute to the easing of emotional trauma for a pet owner. Our mission is to provide compassionate, honest and professional after-death pet care for veterinarians and their clients.

We Care About Our Work…And It Shows

PALS has been the right choice since 1987. This family-owned and -operated company has been serving the general public and veterinary community with exceptional and caring service for over 24 years.

• Locally operated for over 24 years in the heart of metropolitan Phoenix, which guarantees prompt and efficient service.

• Family owned and operated: The inception of PALS (Pet & Animal Lovers Service) was created in April 1987 by Katherine Heuerman.

• Open Door Facility: No appointment is necessary; you are always welcome to visit during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. & Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Staff is always available to answer the telephone during regular business hours.

• Honesty and Integrity: The quality of our service is paramount to us. There is a reason why we are recommended by human crematories, business owners, local residents and national organizations.

• PALS Checkpoint System: This unique system guarantees, without a doubt, the return of your Individual Cremation.

• Dependable Staff: Each member of our staff is a pet owner and lover. We are committed to the respectful and careful handling of the pets of others.

• Environmentally Friendly: PALS utilizes the latest technology to reduce pollution. This includes non-chlorinated pet storage bags, sensitive disposal methods and zero discharge from smoke stacks.

• Hospice of the Valley: PALS supports Hospice of the Valley, a non-profit organization with volunteers and a monthly support group meeting for pet loss.
